Some real crap (Bryce Harper Auto)

So I bought a signed Sport Illustrated off Ebay (which in itself was risky) However, reading the person's reviews, they seemed pretty good, so I bid on a Harper. I got it for around $40. I didn't get the first one, so the seller resent it on Wed of last week (which I was greatly appreciative) I think he knows Harper or something. Anyway, I received it Friday. Only to find the magazine in mailing had slide all the way down to the bottom of the box it was packed. The tape on the box had attached itself to the SI. See below the photos. .Needless to say I was pissed. I sent the guy two emails, so I requested from Ebay his information, and I called today. I was very polite and asked for a new one, and told the seller I would send photos. I am expecting a call back as the seller's fiance answered the phone..

Open a paypal dispute, now.

If he doesn't do anything to fix the situation, escalate to a claim.

Man, what a half-ass way of packaging something as nice as that. What a shame. I hope you get all you money back. At the very least you could make a cut sig card out of it at least from our good FCB brothers. Actually, come to think of it, that would look really nice if done right.
