That's actually pretty normal for that card - SMR is only $105 in that grade. Aside from the SP'ed Ted Williams, the 54 Bowman set is actually a pretty affordable set given the age and the big names in there.

Thats has always been too bad, that is one of the most beautiful sets of the 50's IMO

The average selling price for that card in that grade is $81.11.

You are bidding on a 1954 Bowman Willie Mays, Graded PSA 4 .

This is a nice card. Why it is not at least a PSA 5, I don't know.

Prices like that kind of make me want to go out and build the set. I tried the 54 topps set a couple of years ago but it got crazy expensive! Still have alot of awesome cards from the effort though!
