I think its a cool card, but its way too much for me.

I thought there was some treaty about not taking any artifacts from the wreck. Anyone else know anything about this?

There may be one now but over 6,000 items have been retrieved from the wreck. Just getting to the wreck is only possible with a handful of subs anyway.
