So who is going to message him and break the news his grandmother is a complete liar and possibly altered the stamped ball to look authentic? That date was not written/printed by the same ink, if it was it was signed a decade before the autograph

I don't even think the one being sold is the same one in the image!

"If for some reason the ball is not real, there is no refunds, it looks almost identical to the picture i placed..."

Yeah he added this AFTER this topic was created, the wrath of angry emails must have got him  but seriously how can someone basically change the auction like this, it went from being the ball in the picture to one that looks like it. Amazing that he was able to get a picture of an exact copy of a rare inscription  Good thing he knows the top bidder or they would be pissed

Has anyone tried to get a picture of this ball? Cause its hard to believe these days where a camera is attached to almost everything he is unable to get a cell phone picture or anything ::facepalm:: . Something tells me this clown seen the pictured ball for auction, seen what it ended at and made this ball along with this grandma auction house story.

Amazing addition I just noticed "said she bought at an auction, along with a few others that look the exact same", looks like someone had the genius idea to forge several of these.

I have emailed ebay about this to get it removed, he is using a copyrighted picture from an auction house to sell forged items, and it is pretty obvious. This guy is also a little out of touch with reality if he really thinks that just because he doesnt offer refunds, people are not going to get their money back.

I explained to him that no matter what he THINKS will happen, PAYPAL will refund the buyer's money or they will just do a chargeback so either way he loses.

Funny thing is, he is kind of telling everyone out there by saying he has more of these that he is dealing in forged memorabilia or forging them himself.......FBI Agents have been known to crash shows etc, to arrest clowns like this......wouldnt you think they look at ebay as well????

I think I will put the 1M$ bid and I won't pay. The guy will probably not know how to open an unpaid item case and he will have to pay the final value fees. lol. I will do my best to pass the maximum delay to open a case, I think it's 45 days.
If he do know how to open the case then I'll have a strike, who cares.

Edit : Oh and this will allow me to give him a nice negative.

Finally, I was beginning to think that ebay was going to let that auction run it's full course. Chalk one up for the good guys.
