There's been a lot of speculation on how much it would go for, I imagine somewhere close to Ryan Braun superfractor auto level.

It's currently in the hands of a now-15 year old young man in Abilene Texas, who pulled it from a pack at his local card shop three years ago.
The card is currently tacked to his bulletin board in his room where he can admire it from time to time, because "it looks cool".

on the bright side, I think out of all the people who have no clue about collecting they would probably steer for the "normal" current-pro players sets (UD/topps series one, something with Jeter on the cover etc) not sure if many would buy prospecting, but its still a nightmare thought if they did any kept the best card.

I have the same problem with crusades. these days its all about 1/1s and autos, so if someone sees a non autod card to /25 the may think its crap if they only know current stuff.

Basically Kershaw or Longoria or bust. Virtually all the base chromes are cold as ice, as is with the rest of the autos.

Still, one of the funnest busts around..........

10 boxes per case, and on average 3 of the autos will be signs of the future.

Guys like TSnider, CMarrero, CDavis, JMasterson, and JPlace/CParmelee are frozen, but still have some potential for the future, Pelfrey chrome may be the best chrome base card right now.

Wouldn't be surprised at all if one of the big overseas dealers/collectors pulled it and never made it public.
