There's no point in including real info and market research in your counters. A reasonable person would be able to see if it's market price or not, and if it's not a price they're willing to pay you won't convince them to buy.

I went through the same thing with a card of mine recently. Had it listed for 26.99$ OBO and kept getting offers of 10-12$ from the same person. Finally just decided to block the person
