Just bought a huge lot of cards & included was a box filled w 4k 1991 topps cards.

I collect and like to look for errors so it took me some time but I found this gem

I have searches thru MANY MANY 91t looking for this rarity, finally landed one.

I went through all my old 1991 looking for that stuff. I found a ton of errors and variations (I still need to scan). Sadly I didn't have that, the Hoiles, or the other one with the hand over the border.

The inset border is white. Most copies have that border solid black.
