...to properly thank someone for such an incredible act of generosity.
When I got home last night, there was a box for me from Kevin(Pinbreaker). I assumed it
was my Secret Santa gift, and I PMed him to confirm. He responded that it was not, and
to go ahead and open it as they were "just some cards I thought you could use."
That, as you will see, turned out to be the understatement of the year, for inside the box were...
2 serial numbered inserts from 2004 SP Authentic
A 2005 Origins Old Judge Red /99 & a 2004 Leaf Certified FotG /100
a 2005 SP Legendary cuts jersey
an incredible 2005 Leaf Limited patch /25. This card looks amazing in hand!
a 2008 Razor Sports Icons Update /8 :shock:
and a card that I have passed up at least 10 times in the past 2 years because it always goes beyond my price range. Even my wife, who knows very little about the hobby, knew exactly what this card was, and was blown away when she saw it.
