sophomore jump, slump and dump?

Been a week or so since the season started.

Purely going by stats, which sophomore kids made the jump, slump or dump?

Jump - eric gordon, russell westbrook, gallinari

Slump - derrick rose, brook lopez, rudy fernandez

Dump - ?

Didn't really research outside of the top picks but anyone else for the list?

I liked jason thompson last year as a sleeper for this year. How's he playing?

Thompson plays for the Kings, so it really doesn't matter how he's playing.

Check out his teammate K-Mart. 48 points a game and he's gonna be close to a career 20++ppg scorer, and nobody cares cause he's stuck in the armpit called Sac-town...


Think Derrick Rose prices will soften up?

I think guys like martin and redd, high scorers of course, but too...blah! Won't get much, if at all hobby love from what I've noticed.

As for rose, unless he picks it up a bit more than he's shown, I do see a dump on his card prices. Same with mayo.

Probably eric gordon will get more hobby love if he continues his play.

Beasley, same as last year stats wise but with the negative image now, unless he avg 20+, don't see his cards moving at all.

Oh, forgot to add anthony randolph in the slump and almost dump. He's in the backburner behind ellis and curry and although I haven't checked his stats, doesn't look promising with the lack of buzz since season started. I mean, his exq was selling higher than gordon and westbrook for goodness sakes!!

I'm not going to jump to any quick conclusions with Rose - because he did miss almost the entire pre-season with an injury.....and it seemed it was still bothering him as the season began, so he may still have the nagging ankle - or just getting back to 100% and into game shape.

I'm def high on rose. With bgordon gone, I thought too highly on him that he"ll avg about 18+ pt 7+ asst and 5+ board and I still believe he will.

Remember though, how durant prices dropped like crazy in his 2nd year? I still kick myself for not picking up his sp auth patch autos. I saw em sell for less than buck fiddy many times and with nice multi colored patches.
