I am about to purchase a Stephen Strasburg signed ball and I was wondering if this being signed not exactly in the middle of the sweet spot would affect the value at all. I am kind of OCD when it comes to autographs and I want to have the signature so I made sure the signed ball I was buying had his jersey number (#37) So I was wondering if this autograph would make anybody not want this ball. Sorry if its a bit of a stupid question.

I wouldn't pay less for it, it isn't like a card centering where it has too much effect. It is still sweet spot and not vastly off.

Not knowing for sure would give me pause on a purchase like that. If it's confirmed that it's not then I'd have no problem with that ball
