SP Threads lettermen size

Does anyone know what size the lettermen inserts are? I'd like to get some one-touches to put them in. I know they don't fit the 100 pt. holders; too thick.

It seems like I'm always guessing wrong what thickness these cards are...

Gonna guess 130. I don't have any but all my lettermen cards I've gotten from a UD product were 130's (except Sweet Spots...which I kinda miss)
