There’s a fake Chase Utley from 2009 Ultimate listed right now that’s obviously fooled a ton of people given that it’s been bid to over 500 dollars and isn’t over yet. Depressing…
As I posted in the FB group I'm in. Card #31 and #32 side by side. Low and behold it's the same patch. almost like the person putting the card together back then put one half of the patch on one card and the other half of the patch on the other card. So maybe it wasn't fake like everyone want to believe it was.

Kevin, the patch is fake. The TM to the right of the S in the 31/35 patch shows that it is a retail/non game issued patch. Also, the quality of the patch and threads is highly noticeable. Here are 10 specific examples of the logo patch. That specific patch was used on the Phillies jerseys between the years of 1984-1991. Rolen's career was 1996-2012, with the Phillies being 1996-2002. Through Rolen's years, I've yet to find the Phillies using the 1984-1991 jerseys as a throwback during Rolen's Phillies years of 1996-2002. I'm confident that the pair of Rolen patches were swapped out for a sleeve logo and the person used a retail sleeve logo. Take it for what you will, I would not buy either of those simply due to speculation.

Here is an image I created showing each sleeve logo of the Phillies from the 1984-1991 era. Again, the TM and the lower grade patch quality in the Ultimate patches is what tells me those were swapped out:

Those are completely different patches than what's in the card. Those have a baseball as the background, where the one in the card has the stadium with the Liberty Bell on both sides and pinstriping underneath.

Yeah, my post was a dumb post. I was focused on a completely different player AND the Utley patch indeed comes from a 2003 gamer as that specific patch was used. Total facepalm unfocused detail I went with.
