I live in Ballwin, MO. Its true there aren't any truly great shops around here. Avoid the Dugout on Watson...that place gets pack searched while the owner watches TV. Never a full box of packs in the store.

There is 1,000,000 Baseball Cards on Manchester

There is a shop in St Peters on Mexico Rd.

Another shop on Mid Rivers a little bit down from the mall.

Chesterfield Baseball cards is now located in Chesterfield Mall.

I'm in Springfield, MO too. Hard to say we have 4 card shops. We've got a couple vintage stock stores, an apparel store with some cards, and a shop that may not have a card that isn't from 1980-1994. We only really have 1 shop; Centerfield, which really does have a lot of wax but not many non-common singles.

I'm hoping that the former owner of Double Play opens a new shop. I know he's been considering it. That was a great shop that had a lot of everything.

Centerfield is downtown on Boonville, the one on Campbell is Double Play...which is now a comic book store. And yes Field of Dreams is the craptastic one on Kearney.

This was the place I was talking about on Manchester. The guy had some decent cards in the case but it seemed like he wasn't about selling whole boxes or cases, everything for sale by the pack. I could be wrong, I didn't really ask.

I've visited him numerous times, he gladly sells buy the box as well but don't expect "market" pricing. Still had boxes of chrome for ~ $70 last time in there and was selling packs of Draft for $4.50.

I live in Ballwin, and I know the owner of the shop there. Nice guy, but the stuff's overpriced though. But that's pretty much the only store in St. Louis County...
