Go minor league cardinals
We have 4 card shops, 1 sports shop with a few cards, sometimes we have a show at the mall. but nothing to get excited about.

I'm in Springfield, MO too. Hard to say we have 4 card shops. We've got a couple vintage stock stores, an apparel store with some cards, and a shop that may not have a card that isn't from 1980-1994. We only really have 1 shop; Centerfield, which really does have a lot of wax but not many non-common singles.
I'm hoping that the former owner of Double Play opens a new shop. I know he's been considering it. That was a great shop that had a lot of everything.

Centerfield is downtown on Boonville, the one on Campbell is Double Play...which is now a comic book store. And yes Field of Dreams is the craptastic one on Kearney.

Where are you at in Florissant? I live off Central Parkway and Humes
This was the place I was talking about on Manchester. The guy had some decent cards in the case but it seemed like he wasn't about selling whole boxes or cases, everything for sale by the pack. I could be wrong, I didn't really ask.Hullfan said:There is 1,000,000 Baseball Cards on Manchester

I've visited him numerous times, he gladly sells buy the box as well but don't expect "market" pricing. Still had boxes of chrome for ~ $70 last time in there and was selling packs of Draft for $4.50.
