Picked up 5 Descalso cards I needed today. Also bought a 1968 Maris card for $20.

Wow, better be in pretty solid condition then.

I like the 1967 a bit more. I think I got it for like $8.

My Maris is off center but compared to the other 3 that were marked 45, 50 and 35 this was the best. The corners are so sharp and there is nothing wrong with either surface of it. $20 for a PC card is not that bad for me.

Check the Descalso thread in my sig for newest additions on that front.

And then after posting the Darrell Porter bat card the other day, went out and snagged these 2 that I didn't have.

Nice cards.McGee was so thin I don't see how he hit any balls out of the park then.Half of them must have been inside the park homers.I had forgotten he played in his last World Series with the Athletics.Didn't he win NL batting title that year even though he finished the season playing for another team?

Got a couple fun cards in today. Not the cornerstone of the collection by any means, but felt like I needed them. Need a 85 Coleman too!

Nice, though I probably could have found a Pendleton rookie and given it to you for nothing.I love those Fleer Inscribed cards, I'd like to find a couple boxes of that someday. You have any McGee rookies?I'd like to find one, though he's probably in a Yankees uniform.

Got a couple McGee RC's, he's in a Cards jersey for Topps, Fleer and Donruss.

PM sent, thanks. That '83 Topps design is awesome. If you need a Benes, Herr, Brunansky, Herzog, Alicea, etc. TTM signature I'll send you one.

I thought McGee was drafted by the Yankees, though I could be wrong.I tried to get Ford and Lankford signatures recently, but got RTS on both.
