Someone on another board is offering me a '58 Topps Musial All Star (probably rough condition) for a bunch of Topps Diamond Aniversary codes.I would prefer modern cards, but really don't want the codes.Sounds intriguing.Hopefully, he'll send a scan later today.

depending on condition I'd gladly trade you some modern cards for it.

Let's see if the trade goes through. For as old as they are they looked to be decent shape.I expected the rounded corners, but all of them didn't appear to have any creases, and one of them even had good centering that I like.I just found out the codes are until until next week, so something else might come up too.

Card looks like this, but appears to have more damage to the corners.I'm not very knowledgeable about these vintage cards, but this one doesn't have any bids on it yet.

Pulled these not more than a hour ago (my Target had 2012 blasters)

Bought one of those 72 cards/$9.99 boxes, pulled a Jered Weaver auto as well.

What parallel is the top card?Retail exclusive red or orange border?Cards look really nice. Are the Diamond Aniversary cards inserted as well? What about the code cards?

I bought the 72 cards/$9.99 box, all in one cello-like wrapper.
The Carpenter is the Target red boarder exclusive (got two reds in the box)
Got 1 of the Diamond Anniversary (or whatever they are calling this year) of Kevin Slowey
Got 1 code card.
Got a Jered Weaver Golden Moments auto as well.
Plus some other inserts and an Adron Chambers base card.

Check out what Schumaker thought of his new Topps card.Neat idea, but horrible photo.A card of him, the squirrel running in front of home plate, and Oswalt throwing the ball would have been neat.

I really don't see why he'd be disappointed..

He still has the non-SP base card that features him sliding into home. The squirrel is just the SP.

I would love to own that Dal Maxville as he is from my town. I have met him and one of his former high school team mates is my principal. We have had numerous coversations about maxville.

Great vintage stuff, guys. Here's a little something I came across the other day, St. Louis Cardinals Stationery from back in the Sportsman's Park days. I have two sheets of this. My brother-in-law picked it up for me years back at a Flea Market/Trade Show he frequents in Detroit Lakes, MN.

That's kind of cool, though I don't understand the purpose of it.I was watching Pawn Stars last week and some guy brought in some sweet media pass from the Scrubs last World Series.

We used to go to flea markets a lot, had a lot of fun, bought several cards from them. There's one in Pevely I went to last year, right on my way through the STL.

How the hell did you get a Gaetti signed ball?I tried him when he was a minor league coach twice with no luck.Cardinals did get one good year out of him in '96.
