Small bend in lower right hand corner of both photo and 2011 Topps. 2011 Topps is creased but photo bend will go down once flattened for a while.

Yeah I searched too and couldn't come up with the player. It was 6.00 at a thrift store but I passed on it because I couldn't find anything on it.

Nice Auto Lot on ebay. Looks like the Molina by itself sells more than the BIN and free shipping. If I had the funds I would jump all over it. Description is horrible, doesn't even include the word Molina.
