So far I've recieved one email about a fan pack refund. The thread at BO has been bumped with my information. WilsonValdez is patiently waiting for all the scam post to roll in. This wont be as entertaining as everyone hopes. I know there are a few more people that got the shaft towards the end of the site. Just contact me.

Don't forget to include the story about the forged Mantle and Ted Williams baseballs one of which failed PSA and the child you paid off to say positive things about your site over on BO after he was causing a stink. Wouldn't want to leave out little parts of this story.

I purchased the balls from a local dealer in town that has been in business for 18 years. I bought all kinds of items to giveaway. Which I'm sure you know because you participated in most of our contest. The "child" cheated in a contest and changed his tune once I unbanned him. Next question.

He does owe people I assure you of this. For one he had a website that sold "points" so you can bid on auctions (which they shilled) on their website. They sold points up (and gave them out) until they shut it down, leaving people with nothing at all.

Check out alex_n he is only one of MANY who got ripped off. You should log his IP and send it out to all the forums so they can ban this clown also.

The Points promotion was towards the end of the site. 95% were gained from participating on the site (free) and $400-500 worth were purchased and used. Most got refunds or cashed them in before the site got shutdown that had been unused. One of the MODs ended up taking a hit from this because I didn't even have access to the funds at this point and he issued refunds to those who filed chargebacks. Anyone who didn't can contact me. Alex_n is owed a redemption. He can contact me and I will take care of him. These thounsands of dollars owed people speak of is absurd (hint the lack of responses to the threads).

People with pitchforks are looking out for the collecting community; it is immaterial if they had transactions directly with you. Many people know that you were connected to something shady and so they are on the attack; can you blame them?

Rather than posting rebuttals in this thread; I, as a moderator, encourage you to make a post, one which is detailed, forthright, and honest.......hiding anything will only screw you in the end since the internet never forgets.

You would be correct most of us knew you where full of crap and avoided your mess, so congratulations you did not rip many if any adults off (completely). Its the children that where ripped off I have a problem with.

I guess when you held your pitchfork through PM's saying FCB servers sucked and to check out your site with no server issues, that was ok. Or how about when you had your chat room filled with children and you where talking about how much money you guys have while saying Andrew sets his breaks up so his friends only get the big hits (had I thought you would be stupid enough to come back I would have saved the logs).

Look I dont know the whole story and only read a break down of what happen. I can say that my interactions with Coastal have always been positive and he has been a generous member giving things away to other members, especially in the basketball forum when FCB first started in which He tried valiantly to jump start that forum to no avail. My point here is Coastal a good dude who I know can contribute to this site in a positive direction. I Can hope that he can and will try to clear this up and from what I know of him, he will take care of those that lost out. Coastal man, try to clean this up if possible, i know your a good dude and sure even if you explain everything there will be people who wont forget or forgive but it will atleast clear the air for you here good or bad. Good luck bud and I hope you dont get kick off or I hope you dont quit posting or close your account as I still believe you can be a great member to this site.

The FCB servers sucked at the time and ours didn't. I'm sure we've all said things that we later regret. It's the internet. I'm not sure where you got the Andrew comment from. I've never been associated with his breaks and wouldn't have had a opinion on them or him. You keep talking about the children. I would also like to know your issue with Andrew, but sadly I cant explain why you would say such a thing. Maybe trying to start your own breaks? Maybe pimping some points auction? I have no idea why this was said, I guess we can mark that up as "people say stupid things on the internet". And the reason for the children comments is simple, remember selling auction points to these children a week or so before shutting up shop? Remember the kid who posted a negative review that you guys gave something to so he would change his topic?

I have nothing to gain or lose at this point. Chris thought I was crazy to come back under the same name ,but this is who I am. I'll post a detailed thread from the birth to the demise of the site and answer any questions anyone has. If you are owed something. Post it here or email me. I will respond and take care of any unsettled transactions.
