Yes, the parent interviewed is the former Cy Young winner, who is also on the Coweta Board of Education, and is an assistant baseball coach.
But your post makes it sounds like Bedrock was the creepy substitute teacher being investigated. That's what I assumed when I read the article, until I saw Bedrosian's name later.
