Like its been said if he threatened through ebays messaging system forward the message to ebay they will not only not allow him to leave feedback BUT he will also be banned for feedback extortion. I just got finished with some clown who tried the same thing, except I baited mine into being a jerk  .
Shame on you :D

Well maybe I should add some informantion, I sold a card of a prospect who recently got injured. The buyer decided this would ruin the value so I shouldnt send the card since he wont be sending payment. I told him its ok as long as he pays the fees or allows me to open a NPB it wouldnt be a problem. He freaked out and was hinting at a neg bomb. So basically I said "what can you really do?" to which he responded that if I open a NPB he will be leaving a negative

Told me this morning that if I file a non-paying bidder claim, he is going to give me a negative feedback and spread my name on online forums as a seller that sells damaged cards. Some people are amazing.

Blackmailing you with a negative is unacceptable. I'd definitely file a nonpaying bidder claim and then report him to eBay.

::facepalm:: Some people should not be allowed to reproduce. His kid must be a real gem too.
I really doubt his kid was the one that made the offer. Seems they will say anything to get out of a deal.

I'm sure it wasn't the kid who made the offer. I just meant imagine how this guy must be raising his kid. I'm sure that teaching the kid that this sort of behavior is acceptable is the least of it. ...If the guy even has a kid.
