UPDATE!!
Well, here's the update on the 2010 Bowman Chrome Stephen Strasburg Rookie Red Refractor Auto /5 Redemption I pulled a few days ago:
Highest cash offered received ended up being $3500.
Instead of selling it, Boomo and I working together!!
I'm in Canada so the whole high end redemption process is a bit of a roadblock for me, just too many things that could go wrong. Same with trying to sell a high end baseball card to a primarily US market, I'm a hockey guy so most of my sales are to Canadians and Americans who are used to dealing with us on a regular basis.
Boomo has kindly submitted the redemption code on my behalf and it will be sold on consignment by him once received. We're both excited to see what kind of condition it's in and what it'll fetch as a live version.
So this kicks off a series of contests:
The first one being:
Provide the Date you think the card will arrive. Please be specific to the Day and Month(We'll assume it's this year, please, please be this year)
Rules:
Any Entry that has been modified will be Null and Void.
Only 1 prize will be awarded for this particular contest and it'll be closest to without going over. If multiple people submit the same winning date, the person who posted it first will be the winner, so try and make sure your date is unique and not overlapping with a previous entry.
