If I wasn't spending this Saturday in Oswego playing cards I would suggest meeting up in Rosemont for the show and some cold ones
The show was a bit disappointing in the summer but then again I go all of the time and am used to it

It usually is really nice for vintage people

I may go Sunday but that depends if I get lesson plans done Friday night

Indeed you did, sir. Met BG there for the 1st time also.

That show was lame, but it was actually a "Fan's Edge" show that was
being held in summer for the 1st time. I blame that for the turn-out.

This show should be much better, and have many more tables.
Looking forward to meeting Brad, and any other members in attendance.

The last one I went to in Rosemont was garbage, but it was right before the National. This one is always pretty good. It always falls on the same week as the Michigan-OSU game, and I always have to decide whether to go or stay home and watch the game. In 06 it was great because it was 1 vs 2 and the game was at night. This year, not so much at stake. I will be Tivo'ing the game, hoping for a big upset.

I'm going to be there on Saturday. Assuming they all make it in, it looks like I'll be able to pick up three autos including two Hall of Famers for my "75 Seasons of the NFL" book for a total of about $100. Not exactly "will sign for food" but the autograph ticket prices have certainly come down for all but a select few.
