Congrats Charlie! Nice pick ups. For $5, I would have got the Mantle as well.
Thanks Joe!

Guy had a whole table of SLUs and MacFarlanes for $5. Would've gotten more, but nobody else I wanted.

Very nice Taylor!!

By the way Michael - I LOVE that Boudreau you posted! I need to pick up an auto of his for Olivia's collection at some point.

He signed a LOT, so his autos are pretty low value.

lmao.. they were so cute. the kids are trying to train them to show at fair.

as for the grill, dang.. 4 hours?? almost pays to have them assemble it for you :P i'm a basic webber charcoal grill though. never liked gas grilling.

thanks charlie! with that one coming in I have a dual cut of him and Earl Averill from topps co-signers I'm looking to move if ever interested. not sure of a value really and traded way to much for it at one time but would take a huge cut to trade it to a fellow board member.

taylor: THE official dogs of the twins? awesome.. All I ever found for the M's was some peanuts

I just looked up Earl Averill auto's on ebay to get a base value... he died in the 80's.. how is there several 2012 heritage auto's up for sale?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/EARL-AVERILL-20 ... 337356c67b

it doesn't even look like his auto either... at least the ones i've seen
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earl_Averill,_Jr

His father, who is deceased, is a HOFer.

GOT IT.. found that after I had posted. thanks. hopefully someone knows that before buying what they think is a HOF auto

Need an honest opinion here... I have two choices for the same athlete:

A) A PSA DNA slabbed index card for $50
B) A cut auto from a UD set #d /21 for $80

The autos themselves look great on both. Do I spend an extra $30 for the #d cut auto? Opinions?

Ty, spend the extra $30. Cut autos embedded in colorful cards are more fun to look at...if done right, of course.

Posted the winner of my other contest. I'm a little sad with some of the MT people that entered. You should all know better than to post such low weights. ;)
