Good morning! Planted more kale and some lettuce yesterday. Flowers will probably be planted next weekend.

didn't set up last night --checking on tent ---had a few ask WHY not selling .Did give out about 100 packs to young children . Today we have dinner with team after game .

The bigger burgers are beaver, the smaller are bear sausage patties

This was coyote

And this was a Cajun possum dip, that was actually really awesome on the homemade Mac and cheese my wife made

Used to be a part of a huge game dinner for years. Lots of venison, elk, bear, bison, goose, duck, pheasant, woodcock, bass, tuna, salmon.
Everyone contributed whatever they had. Snapping turtle soup, beaver, squirrel, opossum.
We made anything that came in.
Lots of very famous chefs from all over the world
Served an average of 30 different dishes to about 300 people.

Raised a lot of $ for MS research

I used to make balsamic pickled venison hearts.
Wife wasn't too pleased to see the freezer full of hearts while we collected enough
