We're ready for Sandy as well. The eye is supposed to be about 25 miles away from us. Ugh.

Now I just need to shake off this flu. Still feel like crap.

Could be rough out east for a few days, sandy might mix with a front coming from the west somewhere over the east coast

Morning all

Bracing for the storm. Generator ready, 25 gallons of gas. Brought 1/4 cord of wood in the garage to keep it dry. Built a temp levee in the yard to deflect water off the mountain.
Hope all stay safe.

It feels a little strange seeing East coasters bracing for a hurricane.
We're usually the ones waiting for the storm to hit.
That said, please stay safe and heed all the watches and warnings.
