Not sure, but it looks like the design of '04 Topps.

I was already steaming mad watching the game about how we couldn't move the ball and they scored both of their TDs on interceptions and given the flow of the game I thought it was over but what an awesome one handed catch by Colston, I was going crazy lol

I've never used a sniping program but a lot of people use gixen

Yeah, I use the free Gixen and have never had it misfire.
