Pretty good...its a nice and sunny day at work. The bike ride in was VERY nice...I'm lucking out finally and am able to see the sunrise this week on my ride in. I live about 600 feet above see level and work is on the Puget Sound so its an all downhill and VERY fast ride into work. On the way down the hill it overlooks the mountains and the sun has been rising perfectly over them the last 2 rides in so I hope to keep it timed enough to catch it for the rest of this week. Its amazing how a simple bike ride makes you feel soooo good. Whats on the agenda for your day? You all have today off right?

Scott that would be awesome if you could get the street sign.

Art how was your ride yesterday?

I won the Super...

Dave, didn't get to go out. By the time I got there, it was raining with thunder and lightning. :x Did get to give her a good brushing which she needed. Another thing she needs is a lesson on how to come in and out of the barn, as it seems she has forgot her manners. Big ole witch about broke my arm when she jammed me into the door frame on the way in yesterday. She was so good last year before the snow came and now it seems she needs a few reminders on how to behave. ::facepalm:: I love a good challenge though. Congrats on getting the Super and completing the rainbow.

Alex, I'll try and get a few more pics next time I go out. Can't wait till they bring back the red deer herd I pass by now and then on one of the trails. Will definately get pics of that, but it will be June maybe early July before that happens though.

Morning everyone, hope everyone has a fine Mother's Day. We will be going out to Stuart Anderson's today with my gf and her mom for lunch/dinner. Plan to eat way too many potato skins and prime rib! :)

Hey Alex, slowly recovering. Hoping that work tomorrow is okay. When I talk a lot it dries out my throat which leads to coughing fits. Unfortunately, my whole job is talking to students for about eight hours a day. ::facepalm:: We have two more weeks of work, then the summer semester begins. Summer = less work and less money, but more free time. Kind of a good-bad thing. :)

By the way, very impressive that you are a songwriter. Major creativity/sensitivity points with the fiance, I'm guessing :D

I feel you on the voice/talking for work...I'm the same way in the field I'm in too ;) Hope you feel at 100% by the time the summer starts for you. Less pay is not too fun but free time is a good filler too  Being a songwriter and guitar player is definitely a plus for any lady...but to be able to write and sing from the heart without trying is a bonus for both her and I. She gives me all the greatest feelings in the world so music is only one of a few ways I am able to express them besides the sometimes tacky "weekly rose" and verbal comments or what not ;)
