Morning Gentlemen.

Working at the shop all day today with no computer still.

Tossed up a few more cards on ebay to fund the last break until fall. If everything goes well I'll order mid/late next week so I'll break the week of the 22nd if not sooner.

Good morning! Sitting here with my coffee and laptop. Gotta mow the lawn today. Shot a 93 yesterday, not bad for the first time out. Short game sucks. Started out with 4 pars on the first 5 holes. Then the wheels came off the wagon  But just being out on the links was terrific.

Glad you had a good time Dave! Now that you got that first round out of the way you will be shooting in the 70s :o from here on out!! :D :D

The short game is the hardest part but thankfully I have had a great short game since I started golfing and have finally developed the long game over the part two years. Sucks that I am probably not going to play today, was looking forward to it!
That would only be possible if I played once a week, but sadly that wont happen. :(

Good morning guys. I hope everyone has a great day today.

Dave (pgh)- Nice pick ups on the Bays. He's having a helluva season this year. It's nice to see him finally getting some attention.

Dave (wide)- A 93? That's for 18 holes right? Normally when I'm at 93, I start flagging down the alcohol cart every time I see it because I still have between 7-9 holes to go!

I have something really nice that will be coming in next week. A fellow board member and I worked out a deal a couple of months ago. Now he has the item and is shipping to me on Monday. When it gets here, I will definitely be showing off some pics!
 Too funny Joe! Yes it was for 18. BTW, that was the longest 18 holes ever took to play. 5 hours!!! My calves and neck are scorched. The course didn't have a marshall out to keep things moving and man was it slow. Never really got into a rhythm.

Can't wait to see what you got coming in Joe!

Dave- nice additions to the Bay collection! You guys in Pittsburgh are having a great year. Too bad the Pirates aren't contenders yet.

Morning Josh- what did you decide to break then?

Thanks guys. It's a really nice memorabilia piece. I can't wait to get it in hand.

I love to play golf, but I am horrible at it. Then I start drinking and become even worse. On the bright side, I'm good at drinking though. ::facepalm::

I mentioned this a few days ago (maybe longer) and finally took a pic of it, so I thought I would show it.

12 Sep 1985 Cincinnati Enquirer (day after breaking the record). The PSA/DNA sticker is just out of the picture on the lower right hand corner.

It goes really nicely with this one:

Dave- Leaning toward Timelines and more 08 UD 2. Going cheap. If I got 3 boxes of each it would be like 15 "hits" total.

Joe thanks for showing the pics of the Rose newspapers.

I am better at drinking than golf as well but I am great at Tiger Woods 09 :D

Have a good one Josh!

Joe- love the newspapers! Those are very cool pieces and to have them signed is even more special. I don't remember, did you have them signed and then authenticated or did you buy them like that?

Thanks guys.

Dave- I bought them like that. Not bad prices either. I didn't pay more than $20 for either of them. :D

Austin Powers is good and all, but I love this song:
