According to Beckett, yes.
"The most common version of the set features Red borders, while the scarcity of the other colored parallels follows in this order, from easiest to toughest: Blue, Gold, Green, Glossy, Black."
I've got the Red, Blue, Gold and Glossy (lighter blue) Portis cards for my PC, but I have yet to see any green or black cards. The glossy ones are numbered out of 250, so if that list is correct you'd at least expect to see some green ones floating around on ebay. As I was writing this post, I did a quick google search for the black ones, as I haven't seen them either. Somebody is selling them on Amazon of all places, and the prices are halfway decent. Still haven't found a green one though.
