I need a 20-24 mph wind out to left for a white sox game.
Based on what I've seen for wind speeds at parks, I don't think this is possible and the directionality piece on top of it will take a miracle. 10mph out to left is as close as I've come since we began working on layer 7 and 14 MPH R to L is the fastest they have been.
