whats more funny is the fact that people like you think that only playing 9 games together as a team should make them the best in the league, and 2 of the losses came against a boston team full of all stars that have been playing together for 4 years

It's also funny that people crap on Lebron for this while he's played the best basketball on the team this season. He did absolutely everything he could do to win last night, and Bosh and Wade came up short.

I'll wait until February to pass judgment although Pierce's tweet last night was hilarious.

"It's been a pleasure to bring my talents to south beach now on to Memphis."

After watching most of the Heats games this year, and yes it still is early, I'm ready to go out on a limb and say LeBron will NEVER win a ring. Is he great? Absolutely! But he simply does not have what it takes to get to the next level and make the team around him great Like Jordan, Kobe, Bird, Magic, ect... And the Heat simply have to many Chiefs and not enough indians to function correctly.

With all that Talent, the Heat are a good team no doubt. But it takes more than Talent to win Championships.

I agree with you. Lebron may be a leader but he doesn't have that great leadership quality you're talking about. The only way he wins a ring is if he takes a back seat to Wade and lets Wade run the show. I don't see that happening.

This team will end up #1 in the East at the end of the year. I'll eat crow if I'm wrong.

One thing I will say, Chris Bosh was / is extremely overrated. He's no top 5 big man.

I agree. I know they're friends but I would have tried to get Boozer to come along instead of Bosh.

I love how after 9 games we're ready to throw this team away and say Lebron is never going to win a ring. I must have been watching a different game last night because in my opinion Lebron did everything he could to make that team win, and the other guys fell short.

Also, do the people worried about this team not having enough role player realize that through the draft and MLE the next few years the heat can really add some solid players. Drafting near the end of the first round they can go after the 3-4 year college guys that can produce right away. They'll get Mike Miller back eventually, and will be able to add one solid vet with the MLE each season. Also, don't underestimate the ability to sign guys looking for one last shot at a ring for cheap money.

I'm far from the point where I'm willing to say things like this team won't win a title or Lebron won't win a title. The team has far to much potential, and Lebron is the 2nd best player in the league behind Kobe. The major flaw isn't Lebron, Wade, or Bosh but the lack of the two most important positions in the game, center and point guard.

Riley will be coaching by New Years. Bosh has turned into Horace Grant overnight and many people think the Heat's downfall is the middle..

Riley's ego (well earned BTW) may make him come back right before the Lakers' game on Santa Day.

And yes I think Bosh is being shown to be too soft on the inside to deal with the Garnetts, Howards, Horfords and even Noahs that wander the East.

BTW, Did anyone else notice the huge stats Kevin Love put in tonite as an encore to his great game vs. the Lakers? I know it's versus the Knicks Defense, but still...
