Team-signed TTM?

I have a long backround story, but I'll leave it out.

I want to send something to a college team to request it be team signed. It's not a major DI football school, just a hockey team.

Who do I send it too (coach? just the athletic department?) and will they do it?

In addition to most major sports, there was a period from about 2000-2011 where I collected women's basketball autographs as well. I recently turned 30, and decided that that was a good cut-off point to stop asking 18-year-old college girls for IP sigs (though I must admit, I got Breanna Stewart this past season before she left for UConn). During the 2007-08 season, I decided to try sending a printed-out team roster to a random player on random D-1 teams, asking if they, and if possible, their teammates, could sign. I sent out about seven, and got three back: Campbell, Northwestern, and USC. The ladies from Campbell and Northwestern returned my rosters signed, and thanks to a very kind gesture by the USC player I wrote to (Allison Jaskowiak-Kennedy, wife of pitcher Ian Kennedy), received a team-signed USC program, as well as a pocket schedule signed by the four players pictured on the front.

So, I would suggest that you pick out a player on the team you're interested in, and write to them (addressed to the player, c/o the school's athletic dept.), explaining the situation. Since it's not football or men's basketball, you'll have a decent chance at success. I definitely would NOT try writing to the coach asking to have other people sign it.
