USA Canes have been on the downslope but the team remains in pretty good shape. Lost 2/3 at home to GT but they, along with UNC are the class of the ACC.

Greg Peavey is finally getting it together.

Some of you know, but I am HEAVY into Peavey from 2005-06 Juniors.

I have a decent stash of him also. Last year I thought I was going to turn it into kindling. Here's hoping he can get some momentum into his Junior year.

I have roughly 60 total of the red/blue/black cards...plus I have his jersey numbered card of all three.

When that product came out I stocked up on Peavey, Brett Anderson, Lars Anderson, Kershaw, Green, Tolleson and Thrailkill.

A few hit quite well...but Peavey, Tolleson and Thrailkill need to jump.

You definitely have more than I have invested. Thrailkill and Tolleson need to get healthy.

Amen, he went to the HS I go to now, he was a stud and was probably going to be a 1st round pick if he didn't have Tommy John surgery thanks to Mr. Pool, he's showed glimpes of greatness last year but looks like he may be injury prone, which doesn't bother me because his cards will be cheaper. :)

Let's not forget...Tolleson was the better pitching prospect than Kershaw...then surgery hit.

Either way, I got into these cards so inexpensively that I'm already up on my stash from 2005-06 Junior autographs by selling the Kershaws, Lars, Cardenas and half of my Brett Anderson stash. So I have roughly 400 autographs left, and nothing but growth potential.

Obviously if Peavey or Tolleson turn it around (the two remaining I'm heaviest in), I'll be blown away.

I know I saw both in HS, Tolleson was alot more dominate and had better command.

I'm also big into Thrailkill. I have dozens of his blue auto/jerseys and about 16 of the red auto/jerseys... He was supposed to be the "pride of North Carolina" (his home-state)...
