Anybody have an opinion on this signature? The guy told me he will refund 200% if it doesn't pass PSA, but you know how that goes....

I dont understand when they say this...why dont they get it certified themselves and make potentially even more money if theyre so sure its authentic??? :?: :?:

Exactly...but a lot of them say it, I think sellers just get caught up in stealing common lines from eachother without thinking.

because more than likely it will fail and as long as the seller timed it right you lose 100% of your money with no recourse once 45 days is up.

I'm almost positive this is his signature though...it's pretty much a perfect match this is no fake..maybe the seller wants to get rid of it now and doesn't want to invest the time in getting it certified...if I were you I'd be confident this would pass a certification

Often the cost of authentication is not worth the increased sale price. IIRC, the cost to authenticate Williams is $75 or so (plus shipping.) May just be cheaper this way (and certainly easier.) I had a book signed by Mantle, Mays, Aaron, Musial, and a couple others that I was certain was authentic, but was never willing to shell out the $$ to get it graded since it probably would not have sold for enough more to make it worthwhile.

For a multiple-auto item don't you only have to pay for the most expensive signature?

Just the Mantle was really pricey. Not sure exactly how they price things like that but once I saw the price of the Mantle I decided it was not worth it.
