Because he wasn't any good before this season.

I'm disappointed and excited for these two promotions. The positive is that both are one step closer to Atlanta now and will face stronger competition at the "AA" level. The disappointment comes from hoping to see one or both pitch in Salem, Virginia next week when the Pelicans come to town to play the Red Sox. I had the opportunity to see Delgado pitch against Winston-Salem back in June, but really wanted to see Teheran in-person.
