the only thing i took from that thread is in my sig... i thought it was ironic and funny. i dont think either side said or did anything deserving of 3 pages of male on male internet crime! i like revs posts and i like beefys posts... so if the bloods and the crips can get along why cant you?

I'm not involved here in any way, and looking at this from a totally unbiased line of sight, I see a coupple things here.

1. Beefy basicly said "if you dont like it, leave", pure and simple. That in and of it'self is childish and hurtful no matter how you word it. Does he even have the authority or right to confront anyone like that?

2. The op is trying to make Beefy 'pay' by leaving and knowing full well it would be blamed on him. Also childish. If you really want to leave then why start the drama, knowing ful lwell thats what would happen if not for vendictivness?

3. If I were a mod(and I hate to say this but feel compelled), I'd ban both of them for a week. One for overstepping his bounds as a member and the other for conjuring unwanted drama. Give them both something to think about, and to see if eithor even wants to be here.

Wow, right on- I like your idea! I was reading in the other thread as it was going on & although I did not respond (as I try to steer clear of skirmishes with the Mod's here) I thought it was kinda "eh" for Beefy to go at Rev in that fashion...As someone wrote earlier, I guess it all depends on how you interpret what you read (& I didn't interpret Rev promoting another site in any way, sense, or fashion- he was distinctly throwing out the idea to better our site here by using a proven method that another site has used & has done so successfully for the most part). Just my 2 cents!

We're talking about two good members here. I think cooler heads will prevail and that this can be squashed. I didn't see the thread that caused this, but I think it's gotten out of hand. So if (notice the "if") Rev was "pimping" another site, I can understand something being said. I just don't quite think it needed to be said the way it was. You're both good members and you're both better than this. Take a step back, re-evaluate, and re-establish an open line of communication.

Now, since I don't normally get in the middle of these things, I will slip back off into the background and hide.

To defend myself I made one post where I was unhappy that Rev Hodges was saying how things were so much better trade wise on another site. Here is my exact post

Why do you have to referance other sites in posts you aren't pimping prospects? It's not a good trend, if you dislike this site, you can just go to the others instead of promoting other sites.

I don't think this is a ongoing thing, or a huge squabble, I had an opinion I had held for a long time. I said something finally, he is leaving. I did nothing beyond this. If he feels he needs to leave over the above post then I wish him the best of luck in all his future endeavors.

I saw what he wrote and it was harmless it was not like the following:
