That is the 25 card million dollar chase coin set. The first 20 people to 20 hits were awarded the set.
The autographs from the contest are beautiful cards as well

One set sold for $325, but the seller sold too low and based on my contact with him he felt it was too low. I have it up for BIN/BO at $800. Let me know if you are interested I'll work with you.
