Alex, I have been in charge of the bird for the past dozen years or so. No deep fryer, no injectors, just old fashioned bird, butter, herbs.

Sounds like a tight timeline for you today, I hope the car is legal now.

:lol: :lol: :lol: ...I'm as legal as an 18 year college grad in girls gone wild :lol: As for the bird...the simpler the better. Its ALL about the natural juices in that bad boy Last year was pretty much basting the fats and butter on top of the bird every 20 minutes with the "easy" herbs (thyme, dill, little basil to keep the drippings tasty). Man I can't wait now :twisted: Hope to see a fun C Monster pic from today

I am in charge of making the bird as well. Eating around 3-4 so Ole Tom is going in soon.
like at 11 it is only a 18 pounder. I do have some Rosemary that was from my garden I up-rooted that and the basil
put them in a pot and brought them in the house, going to use some of each today.

Everyone one in the my family, (Mother, Brother, Sister and Sister are coming over with their family.
about 17 total.

Josh should have worn it yesterday when doing the break, and everytime he hit an auto he should have pushed the button

Baby Andrew is now small boy Andrew. He's amazing! Just growing by the second. He now understands both English and French eventhough he doesn't talk yet. Quite an amazing thing.
