All right gents...work is TOO slow for most of us to stay, so we pulled straws and I got one of the little ones (insert famous indymann joke here) so I am clocked off and ready to go feast and enjoy family. Have a great rest of the day guys...I'll try to peek in later today 8-)

Hey Guys.....Hope everyone had a great day.
My Turkey decided to be done in 3 hours instead of the scheduled 4 1/2 hours, makes up for the turkey that took 7 hours one year.

Had a great day George. Deep fried turkey was a success! It wasn't messy at all. Getting rid of the oil will be the grossest part but the turkey itself was fantastic.

Good to hear bud. They are delicious and pretty easy to do. You're right its the oil cleanup that sucks. :?
