The 2025 White Sox are about to take the crown!

As the worst team in modern baseball history. In case you have not been paying attention (and most probably have not been monitoring the White Sox this season), they are tied with the 1962 NY Mets with the most losses in a season with 120.

Of course the Mets were a brand new expansion club and have been the measure of a truly bad team since that horrible first season. That all will likely come to an end very soon. Unless the White Sox get white hot in their last games, they are almost a lock to set the new loss record!
