My point was that Averill is also in the Hall of Fame.

I should have been more specific. Averill, Jr. and I share a birthday. I don't know why I didn't put Jr at the end. Averill is a HOFer, his son is not. I don't know why I didn't catch that when I posted it.

Tried to make a complete lineup but managed to snag one All-Star pitcher and then nothing. Do have a few notable guys in the field though.

46 players share the same birthday as me, and totals ZERO All Star Games, lol.

Hell, even the 29th of February can field a better team than mine. ::sigh::

I think I may have the worst all birthday team for 12/24. At least I have a career pinch runner.

C - Joe Crotty
1B - Jack Graham
2B - Del Howard
3B - None
SS - Frank Taveras
OF - Bill Otis
OF - Gregor Blanco
OF - Alex Cabrera
Pinch Runner - Chico Garcia

SP - Kevin Millwood (has the 5th most career home runs out of the lineup)
SP - Jamey Wright
RP - Victor Cruz

OK, I finally checked out my birthday, 10/7. I got Chuck Klein, which is awesome. Big fan. I also got Evan Longoria, who is pretty good, hands down. I also got Brickyard Kennedy, who was OK, even in the deadball era. And I also got Justin Brunette, a reliever with a 4-game career in 2000, who had a 5.79 ERA and 2.78 WHIP, but also had a 2.000 OPS. I think I'll convert him to cleanup hitter. After that, I think I'll just forego the rest of the list and surrender.
