since july 1st they are 15-5, sweeped the yankees i that time. have a current 8 game win streak.

We heard all about the yankee 8 game win streak but very little on the Angels. nice east coast bias.

Also Vlad, Torii, Rivera and shields on the bench with injuries.

but all is good, will go under the radar.

The Yankees had there streak snapped and were sweeped by the angles, but have the best record in the AL and the best record in baseball since May 8th when A-rod returned. Will be a nice race down the stretch.

since may 1 the yankees are 47-28 the angels are 49-26

Erick Aybar has quietly put together a very solid season. I've always like him and Alberto Callaspo. Similar type players that will never get to much love.

Aybar has finally put it together. but the angels seem to have a logjam right now in the middle infield positions. I would imagine if they do pull off a trade it would include rodriguez, kendrick or another one of them.
