The "Cameo" Thread

Love this thread. Sooner or later, I'll dig through some of my cards for Alan Trammell and Jack Morris cameos. As to the Blauser card above, since Blauser is turning a double-play with the photo taken from what looks like somewhere on the infield on the 1st base side I don't think it's Maddux. Also, the white around the glove could be a batting glove or tape, either or which wouldn't be allowed for a pitcher. My guess is Mark Lemke.

Hah, what level of cameo collector would this be if a Ripken collector grabbed this?

I don't know if anyone is going after Ripken cameos, but I thought this was cool: 1998 Donruss Carlos Delgado with Ripken's face on the t-shirt of the guy in the stands.

Vernon Wells was the artist who did the art work for the early Upper Deck products. His son, Vernon Wells, went on to play pro baseball. He confirmed that he drew himself and his son in the lower right corner of this 1992 UD card. So, it's a pre-draft cameo?

Definitely a Bagwell item, but I think that falls under the multi-player card rather than a cameo, according to the guidelines established by the ICIA (International Cameo Identification Association).
