Merry Christmas everyone!
Max has had a good morning.

TONS of presents and more to come in about 2 weeks when my parents come over. Fielder jersey from Santa was a big hit. Making him take a nap then he can play with more of his stuff. Weather is crappy here. Hope everyone has a safe and excellent Christmas.

Thanks man. It may actually end up being an ok thing. I have been wanting to get a truck for a while. I've also been told I need to establish a credit history other than credit cards and student loans before I buy a house. I got a local credit union to approve me for a 10k car note at about 2.8% interest and have been told that it is worth the $600 or so to build that credit history even though we could pay cash for the truck.

I am going to talk to an uncle who is a financial adviser before I decide to take the loan but it makes sense to me.

back from inlaws . 20 people - 6 kids under 8 worth trip for seeing thier eyes . economy has to be up with amount of paper, toys and clothes bought . Even banks should make a profit but we're in debt ::facepalm:: ::facepalm:: ::facepalm::
