1995 Donruss Power Alley and Power Alley Die Cut.
I believe they are from 1996
(Each Power Alley insert is exclusive to Series One Hobby packs and serial-numbered to 5000 copies. The first 500 copies of each card have a die-cut pattern on their sides. )

Is it safe to say that Pacific was the best at die-cuts? I am interested is starting to collect inserts from the 90's and early 2000's and my favorites are the die-cuts by far.
