Dang, I thought I had the only 1989 topps unopened box left.

Looks like huge stacks of paper sheets in one of the pics. I wonder if they were printing cards there.

besides the Ted Williams auto, H.W. Bush card, and a few other things to look for that pile is best sold for firestarter.

i'm pretty sure Shop at Home shipped from Tennessee (at least the one electronic item I bought on closeout from them was shipped from TN).

i can't believe they don't know the owner of the building - in which name (or company) is the property records under? Maybe it's as good as the property of the city of Detroit if noone has paid their property taxes on that building/land in years.

The Daily Mail is a tabloid rag, known more for sensational stories about BS than actual reporting. They're the news equivalent of that viral crap idiots share on Facebook. Most likely, they had a writer make up a story around some unrelated pictures they took from someone's Instagram. Why else would a UK news outlet be reporting on a story from Detroit? Only truth in that article is that Detroit is a burnt-out ****hole.

Like the time I was buying a few packs at Walmart and the guy was like "oh, these are worth a lot of money!".

Yes...that's why they are only three dollars a pack.,,,

"The mint-condition collectibles, dating from the late 1980s and 90s, were discovered by a team of urban explorers whose hobby is to venture into forgotten man-made structures." This sentence is funny.
