Some of the T206's they showed looked plenty real, but the E series and the T210's or the rest of that lot as a matter of fact...not so real.

There's a bidder named "kmoser111" on eBay, and (not) coincidentally that bidder bought the same reprint cards shown in the Fox newscast video. The cards bought by kmoser111 were all clearly identified as REPRINT cards in the eBay descriptions. It appears the kid is not the victim here.

There will probably be a few "kind-hearted souls" who don't know the truth, feel sorry for him, and send him money. After all, he's just 12 and it appears (on the surface) that he was taken advantage of.

I'd like to think that a 12-year old didn't devise a scam. If he did, I'm sure he has a bright future. ::facepalm::
