Saw Courtney Hawkins in person tonight. Looked absolutely lost. Late on high 80s fastballs, weak contact. Looking at his numbers, i would have thought that his absurdly high K rate and relatively high slg was a product of sitting dead red on fastballs and getting fooled on breaking stuff. Instead, he just looked overmatched and late on everything. His swing seemed to have a lot of moving parts, even though the stance is relatively quiet.

Very discouraging, because he seems like a nice kid, and appeared to be signing for everyone who asked, multiple times over. Hope next season goes better for him.

Have you ever offered anything of substance to this board? Or is every post a total waste of time. Seems like you might be the one who has too much time on their hands because all you do is troll here.

You dont have to post in every topic. You sure love to tell people how it is, even if no one cares what you say.

The MiLB daily thread is the one I actually post in the most out of anything on the site.

I can't believe the negative replies to my post when it was a simple, clever, fun decipher in someone's signature? Kids...............

In defense of him, the wing dings symbols in my signature actually say that. He is quoting what I put in "Cipher"...

I've seen your posts in various places, and I always drool at your sig rainbow. But i just NOW noticed the symbols, and I knew instantly they were wingdings. I simply just posted the not-even-a-cipher cipher as a tip of the cap to him. Nice to know something that simple makes so many bros mad though :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Back to Back Jacks are one of my favorite things to witness at a baseball game, especially when sitting in Outfield Bleachers.

Evan Marzilli (Bats 9th for A-Advanced Visalia) went 5-6, 2 R, 2 2B, 1 3B, 5 RBI

Daniel Watts (SP for A-Advanced Visalia) went 2.1 IP, 7 H, 8 R, 8 ER, 5 BB, 1 K, 1 HR

AND HE DIDNT GET THE LOSS!

I ALMOST WENT TO THIS GAME. They were having a sweet dual team autograph sesh and the players always have seemed to enjoy it, even the opposing players, often signing 5-10+ multiples at the end of the sesh.

Visalia was down 7-0 after the top of the first and came back to win........21-8. a 21-1 Run yikes.
