Work is nucking futs right now so I missed all the fun early morning action :twisted: Today is year 29 for me...the wishes DEFINITELY made my day!!! I can't choose a favorite posted pic yet but from the quick view I am a HUGE fan of metal and music so I think Charlie gets the unique and cool award for that one. The cakes look great though...my wife is baking one today so hopefully it is picture worthy :lol: I am reading through the 5 pages as we speak so I should be caught back up with you guys shortly :mrgreen:

I just always find it interesting that some ppl have such violent responses to the collectible hobbies.

:lol: :lol: ...pretty close. I was working a stores network system for the last 2 hours!!! They beat the odds and had 3 pieces of faulty equipment which ended up hosing there circuit boards so that took FOR-EVER (Sandlot group chant) to get the process started so they are hopefully up and running today. Oh the things we do to keep caffeine intake up and money on the paycheck :lol:

Had a client that runs a dentist office with nice sized mirrored hard drives on his server with a daily backup tape, too. One of the drives went out (few months ago) so we immediately ordered him a replacement while the second hard drive picked up the slack.. yeah, it went out like 4 hours after the first one was reordered.

"It's ok, at least you have your back up tapes."

"Uhhh, we haven't been swapping those out."

Remember people.. if you have crucial data -- ALWAYS SWAP OUT THE BACKUP TAPES!

There are if you bust wax, absolutely :lol:

And I enjoy Vegas and playing poker as much as the next guy. It's just always funny to me what are
considered to be acceptable "adult" hobbies by the general public. It's perfectly OK to drink an entire
bottle of tequila and puke all over your friends, but if you collect baseball cards, you need to grow up ::facepalm:: :lol:

as for backup tapes - hated that at police dept. working third shift we had to do all of them .
working at stadium saturday so maybe i can get a better picture of me for cards.

I used to collect baseball cards and comic books. Thank goodness it got to a point where I could only afford one. :lol: I used to catch major **** from people about needing to "grow up" because I collected cards and comics. I look at it like this though, when someone else starts funding my collection, then they can feel free to tell me I need to grow up. Until then, well, I'll keep this PG rated.

One platinum and one regular card for the set soon to be incoming

Struck up a partnership deal with another FCBer for a card for the set yesterday. Let's just say this card couldn't even be classified as a white whale becuase neither of us thought we'd EVER see it, let alone have a chance to own it! More details soon... I love suspense.

Nice pickup Adam! Tramers feel better bud, a baseball game is good medicine! I'll watch for your pic.
