Howdy, George! What's new with my favorite archeologist?

Not a whole lot, little work in the lab and maybe some Drywall work in the basement. How is Florida?

Nothin' but palm trees and a cool breeze. :D How's the New Philadelphia project coming? I read through the info on the origin of the area and was facinated. Do you, by chance, watch "Chasing Mummies"? I had no idea Dr. Hawass was so emotional but I guess he's just extremely passionate about his work.

I'm an addict now....straight black. Even espresso  Its the only way I could keep up with Alex...he was like the Phil LaMarr character on Mad TV with the crazy spastic movements....I had to watch my beer at the park!

Trip to Helena and Great Falls MT confirmed for the Thanksgiving (Ours...your Columbus Day in Oct) weekend. Tax free shopping, cheap booze and blasters galore!!

Once you go black you never turn back...

Oh no you di-in't!!!

GRAMMER POLICE!!! I think it is spelled dzi'znt

Citizens arrest, it's spelled GRAMMAR!!

YOU PASSED THE TEST....hence why I do not wear the badge ::facepalm::

George - I think the thing only thing "bad" is the no picture thing. Prices seem more than descent respectably though.

Too bad this product does not get more hobby love.

This could be a sleeper product IMO. That card would be a 1/1 in a lot of other sets.

We have watched several episodes. Dr. Hawass is EVERYWHERE for Egyptology and honestly he is a joke of the archaeological world. Dont get me wrong he means well but he is hard selling a topic that most people have interest. It is gotten to be all about him, but yes passionate about his craft.

Just finished replacing all of the window trim on the car and I'm very happy with the way it came out. It was such an eyesore on the car.

Oh and HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY ART!

AND, you added it correctly! Good job, Barry! :P

Well, he did help invent the concept of addition, so he should be pretty good at it.

Thanks Jesse!

Early on, Rivera's auto slanted right then it was upright for a while (1996 Leaf) and then since the late 90s it has slantead to the left. (Political tendencies, maybe?) I was glad to come across an early copy, I maybe the only one who values his early, precisely signed autos more than his recent, loopier ones.

I'm getting really tired of slow eBay sellers. If you say you're going to mail the next day, do it. I won 3 cards that I easily should have had by now (won them on the 2nd). One seller at least messaged me and said that he was out of town for the week. This sucks because now I'm going to miss them and the rents will have to send them to me. Just really frustrating. /rant

Nice Mo pickup, Ravi! Loving the autos you have so far.

Ok, this seems like an impossible quest, but I like the fact that there some player autos in this set that you don't see in current sets. It's a 300 card set and here is my first. Picked it up for 3.
