A lot like buying tires huh?

Yeah......small 4 inch tires

You may have taken it a different direction. I just meant that no one likes buying tires, and this was a similar situation. ;)[/quote:33fs6fvq]
I hate buying real tires as well

Wanna have a contest, Charlie? Who will find their buyback first, you with Dave or me with Zim? I never did find last years. Or the framed buyback /2 stamp he had.

2007 Upper Deck Artifacts looks like an amazing product. I never knew about it. Here is a recent 3 box break frm BO forums.

http://www.blowoutcards.com/forums/baseball-box-breaks/267722-3-boxes-07-ud-artifacts.html

I already PM'd Russ S about the Ripken.
Incredibly lucky break for him. Most of the set is crap.
Really? The cards look awesome themselves. Refractorish and all. Sucks it was a fluke break.
Yep, those Antiquity patch cards looks nice. Everything else is no-name plain-swatch crap.

That's why it's so cheap.
Pack pulled, still mine

I will see you this evening guys. I got a lot of work to do.

I might be able to take the dog for a walk. He's not been himself lately so I hope he is fine... If nothing changes I will probably take him to the vet on Friday to have a check up done.

Good afternoon, gents!

Once I get some technical issues straightened up with my website, I have some exciting recent additions to my collection to share.

Sadly, still no Jay Dahl.

You're more of a veteran ebayer than I am...:)

Never found last years either. I still think topps if full of **** about buying back every card.

Never seen an Upper Deck 20th buyback Dawson either.

No GQ mail today but I did get a Maggs... I thought a Midwestern tornado took that package away but it fought its way here (from MO to MI). The package got a big scar on its back and its label is all stained/smeared...I kid you not! My scanner didn't do a good job so here's the eBay pic instead:

2010 Bowman Chrome Blue Refractor Magglio Ordonez #ed 030/150

30 is his jersey #....I happen to have more than 100 cards of his #ed 30/xx. Maybe I'll put together a thread showcasing all such cards in the future.

Yeah, I'm trying to make a common refractor like this seem....exciting. 8-)

ha.. started a trade thread over at beckett just to see if there were any star/hof sweetspots possibly available for some high end griffey's or felix. couldn't get the image links to copy right on my phone so I used the direct link instead. 88 views and not one comment. fixed it when I got home with image links and a few more cards and BOOM 20 more views and half a dozen pm's and comments each.. as traders have we really become that lazy?
haven't started one here yet.. see how the beckett one go's
